Today we are meeting with Diana Greggio to provide her unique perspective on what makes Stronghill stand out in the competitive world of real estate lending.
What is your day-to-day like at Stronghill Capital?
With 23 years in the commercial real estate industry, I have consistently worked to meet the end goal of a borrower. As the Commercial Loan Closing Manager at Stronghill, I manage the closing team and review all closing details to prepare for funding and closing of commercial loans.
There are many ways to perform a closing, and I think the creativity of this team is imperative to bringing the right options to the table for all of our clients.
What is a valuable lesson you have learned during your career?
I constantly try to find the positive in any situation, and I’ve learned through my years in business that effective communication and healthy discussion are imperative. My advice to others would be to speak up and never assume others know what you mean, want or need.
What do you appreciate most about the Stronghill team specifically?
I love that Stronghill encourages such a collaborative work environment. I have been with the company for over three years now, and I truly appreciate the team dynamic every day. My Stronghill colleagues are always willing to help others, and specifically know to pitch in during especially busy times.
When you are away from work, how do you spend your time?
You’ll find me outside more often than not. I enjoy going for walks, participating in fitness activities, gardening and spending time with my family. I love to explore new places and have Hawaii, Europe, Cancun and Cabo San Lucas on my shortlist to visit.
I do also enjoy watching my hometown teams play, in particular the Bulls and Cubs.
