Residential Pricing


In case you missed it, brokers can close both consumer and business purpose transactions with Stronghill. We’ve improved our rates by over 50bps, in our Investor Residential product line. This means we offer industry leading pricing for our Investment Achiever/DSCR solution.

 

Through our Investment Achiever programs, real estate investors can secure mortgage financing for both short and long-term rentals. Whether they want to invest in single-family or multi-unit (2-10 unit) properties, we offer flexible guidelines and favorable terms.

 

We don’t require tax returns or other income documentation. Instead, we analyze the property’s cash flow to determine eligibility. With attractive LTVs (up to 80%), you’ll be able to qualify more deals. It’s a win-win for you and your clients when you take advantage of what Stronghill can offer.

 

In addition to our aggressive pricing, we also offer alternative ways to finance investment real estate. Sometimes when calculating DSCR, the numbers just don’t add up. When that happens, you can opt for our Income Achiever/Bank Statement program. By using bank statements to qualify for financing we offer an easy backup. Instead of examining the property’s cash flow, we ask borrowers to submit 12 to 24 months of personal or business bank statements. This method efficiently provides a picture of the borrower’s income and allows us to qualify them for their investment property loans.

 

If you’re working with clients who require larger loans, now’s the time to take advantage of our Non-Agency Jumbo program. With higher limits (up to $3 million!), higher LTVs (up to 85%) and competitive rates, you have more options to deliver to your clients when you partner with us.
