Jeremy R. Irwin serves as President of Commercial Lending for Stronghill Capital where he is responsible for overseeing production of the company’s small-balance lending products. As a results-oriented, senior commercial real estate finance professional with nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Irwin brings expertise in credit, operations, institutional sales, sales management, relationship management, contract negotiations and capital markets. Along with being proficient in all areas of real estate related credit analysis, Mr. Irwin has a proven track record of helping organizations grow production. In addition, Mr. Irwin brings broad knowledge of loan servicing, asset management and advisory related services. Prior to joining Stronghill Mr. Irwin served as President/COO of Adaptive Financial Group LLC a nationwide direct asset-based lender that originated and serviced small to mid-balance commercial real estate loans. Mr. Irwin also served in senior roles with Silver Hill Funding a subsidiary of Bayview Asset Management, Cherrywood Commercial Lending a subsidiary of Fortress Investment Group, LNB Loan Services, and LNB Commercial Capital Corporation throughout his career. Prior to transitioning into the financial services arena, Mr. Irwin was a Graduate Extern Coach for the Temple University Football team, of which he was previously a member. Mr. Irwin earned a B.A. and pursued a M.S. from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.
