Edward R. Ainbinder, Senior Vice President of Sales at Stronghill, brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the lending industry. Most recently, he led the national sales team at Cherrywood Mortgage, specializing in small-balance commercial real estate loans. Throughout his career, Ainbinder has demonstrated exceptional leadership, building strong relationships within the industry and consistently achieving success in loan origination and team management.
Before Cherrywood, Ainbinder held key roles at various organizations, including LNB Loan Services, Waterstone Loan Services, ResMae, and Long Beach Mortgage Corp. Notably, during his tenure at Long Beach, which was later acquired by Washington Mutual Bank, Ainbinder’s leadership and personal production consistently ranked among the top in the company, overseeing operations across the northeast.
Ainbinder graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance. His diverse background includes captaining Hofstra’s nationally ranked football team and receiving prestigious awards, along with experiences in the financial markets and professional football training camps. In addition to his career achievements, Ainbinder is an avid offshore fisherman, youth football coach, and co-owner of a fitness center in New York.
