Annais Klock serves as Senior Vice President, Director of Strategic Planning and is responsible for overseeing the closing process and managing the closing team for the small-balance commercial lending division. Annais is a real estate attorney with more than a decade of experience working in the commercial real estate industry. She is a creative problem-solver that draws on her broad experience to deftly navigate legal matters and closing-related issues. Her industry experience includes insurance consulting for large CMBS loans, structuring real-estate transactions, and successfully growing the pipeline for a small balance commercial lender, and her background informs her strategic and goal-oriented approach to the closing process. Annais is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans, from which she obtained both her undergraduate and law school degrees, and she is licensed to practice law in Florida, Maryland, and Louisiana.
