With a servicing portfolio that exceeds $890 million in property loans, our team’s days are busy and full. Loans are written across the United States for both investment and commercial properties, with a keen eye on creative solutions for all clients.
At Stronghill Capital, we believe establishing trust is the first step to a successful and thriving business partnership. Over the next several months we’ll be sharing interviews with key members of the Stronghill Capital team through our #StrongTeam series, allowing you to get to know each of us on a more personal level.
We interviewed Jeremy Irwin, a newer member of the team, who aggressively seeks new talent with a bent on ambition, enthusiasm and dedication.
What is your day-to-day at Stronghill Capital?
As Head of Originations, I am responsible for overseeing the production of Stronghill’s small-balance lending products. I appreciate the entrepreneurial approach that our team takes with loan origination and feel strongly that our people are the company’s most valuable resource.
What do you feel is unique about Stronghill?
No matter the borrower or business line, Stronghill’s team provides the same predictable process for executing each transaction, ensuring clear communication every step of the way. Throughout this reliable process, I’m still allowed to remain flexible in unique situations and meet the goals of each individual client.
What is your background in the industry?
I have 18 years of experience in the lending industry, which allows me to leverage years of expertise to craft lending solutions that help borrowers realize their visions. I’m a newer member of the Stronghill team, and began working here in November of 2021.
When you are away from work, how do you spend your time?
I am an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. I enjoy traveling, attending sporting events and spending time with my family when I’m away from work.
